Brendan Gaughan chief for nationwide series NASCAR was suspened for using racial slur against rival driver Marc Davis, who is black. Two people heard Gaughan use the slur when he was walking toward the Nashville Speedway garage to confront Davis. Gaughan was suspend because he represents NASCAR and is supposed to have personal conduct at all times.
I think Gaughan suspension is legit. Gaughan should be suspend for disrespecting Davis. Hopefully he will learn from this and have respect for other people especially in the professional world.
